• Co-founded and led product for a consumer social platform (social tech) that helps parents connect and meet other families for real-life outings near them, launching in France then across Europe in seven languages.
• Designed identity verification, child-safety moderation and a privacy-by-design media pipeline (7-day ephemeral photos, mandatory approval of any child photo), applying banking KYC/AML experience to a consumer trust context.
• Architected a multi-sided platform across four surfaces (parent app, venue partner portal, municipality/institutional portal, admin back-office) with role-based access and country-scoped data.
• Built web-only freemium monetization (Stripe, Spotify model), venue partner tiers, institutional codes and a creator affiliation program (unique codes, redemptions, fixed 8 EUR commission).
• Owned discovery, functional architecture, compliance/trust design, monetization, growth strategy, non-dilutive financing and AI-assisted implementation across a Next.js / NestJS / Prisma / PostgreSQL stack with Stripe, Cloudflare R2, Resend, web push and CI/CD to production.

• Designed and launched a property management SaaS tailored to African agencies, addressing gaps in generic tools around local fiscal rules, owner payouts and operational workflows.
• Transformed an internal agency tool into a modular SaaS platform with owner/tenant portals, leases, rent tracking, automated reminders, maintenance, disputes, HR, light accounting and dashboards.
• Designed Senegal-specific fiscal workflows, including property taxes, owner payout logic and Contribution Globale Foncière processes.
• Built SaaS admin capabilities for subscription management, MRR tracking, client activity monitoring, low-usage detection and churn risk signals.

• Designed and launched a D2C e-commerce platform built around artisanal production constraints: capacity-based availability, zone-based shipping, custom order negotiation and full order lifecycle.
• Built a complete back-office serving as the artisan's single operational cockpit: orders, clients, production planning, revenue tracking, shipping configuration, all from one interface.
• Designed zone-based shipping with real weight/volumetric calculation across 5 Colombian zones, replacing gut-feeling estimates with margin-safe pricing.
• Implemented a custom order negotiation workflow (request, quote, counter-offer, accept) and manual order creation to capture WhatsApp/phone/in-person sales in the same pipeline.

• Designed a ClimateTech platform combining a circular economy marketplace for manure/organic waste producers, buyers and delivery partners with B2B waste-treatment workflows.
• Structured multi-sided flows: producer listings, buyer requests, delivery coordination, transaction logic, commission model and operational status tracking.
• Defined role-specific portals for producers, buyers, delivery partners, treatment centers, investors, institutional partners and platform administrators.
• Designed impact tracking to estimate avoided CO2 emissions and potential carbon credit generation, pending future certification and commercialization workflows.
• Owned MVP scoping, product architecture, functional specifications, marketplace logic, roadmap prioritization and AI-assisted product implementation.
